Rwanda Airtel continue serving the customer in these unprecedented times Airtel, Coronavirus Pandemic has created an unexpected and unprecedented global shift to work-from-home and study-from-home situations, Airtel Rwanda with the Ministry of ICT and Innovation and Minister of Education in new partnership to fight Covid -19 .
Airtel Rwanda continue serving customer in these unprecedented times, Learning
institutions have come to a halt as students continue to worry about how
this will impact their academic life., Airtel Rwanda , Ministry of ICT and
Innovation and Minister of Education has availed free access to some of
the e-learning portals to help students to be more productive
studying remotely on these portals.

Airtel Rwanda Doing Bit to Fight Covid-19 This the steps
1)AIRTEL MONEY – We have waived transaction fees on Person to
Person Transfer of funds, waived fees to allow you to Pull and Push money from
your bank, eliminating the need to visit a physical branch or ATM.
Additionally, we have increased the daily transaction limit to 1,500,000 and
made it possible so that customers who need a higher limit to visit any of our
branches across the country and have the limit increased to 4,000,000 RWF per
day. Essentially, we have made it possible for you to embrace the cashless
movement that has the full support of the Rwandan Government.
) PRODUCTS – To
make working or studying from home seamless, we have made available several
Voice and Internet products on the backbone of our fast, newly modernized
network across the country. These products include Tera Stori, which gives you
enough minutes to talk across all Rwandan Networks, Internet Bundles that give
you the highest volume and value in the country and the recently launched Byose
Packs that introduce a new idea of a single pack that caters to all your
communication needs. Additionally, we have offered Rwandans free SMS so that they can stay
in touch with their families and friends regardless of where they may be.

serve you from 8AM to 3PM, our agents are sensitized on the COVID-19 virus
and are observing the safety protocols as they continue to serve you.
