Airtel Rwanda unveils 7 New Service Centers and launches 30 Brand New Airtel Money Branches
Airtel Rwanda has today Launch of 7 brand new Service Centers and 30 Airtel Money Branches in Kigali. This brings the total number of specialized customer service centers in Kigali to 15 in addition to the introduction of a new concept called “Airtel Money Branches” which has been designed to provide easy access to Airtel Money services.
The launch today marked the introduction of a new
distribution channel for Airtel Money dubbed Airtel Money Branches, a new chain
of outlets that will increase the availability of Airtel Money float for both
the large network of Retail Agents and Freelancers as well as the public in
general. These come in addition to over 1,000 Kiosks already deployed.
“Our Airtel Money
Branches will ensure that our agents always have access to stock to serve all
our customers.” He added.
Services offered by Service Centers include:
• Offer
All Airtel Money services including but not limited to Cash in, Cash out and
Pin reset
• Supporting
the agents in a way that they don’t run out of stock
• Supporting
in all other services of Airtel such as New SIM activation, SIM Swaps and other
queries

our reach and I call upon you to reach out and use these new outlets to meet
your needs” Mr. Amit Chawla added.
The Airtel Money Branches launched include Athenee,
Downtown, Zindiro, Masaka near the hospital, Masaka, Kisimenti, Kimisagara,
Kagarama, Gasanze, Gatenga, Masoro, Busanza, Nyabisindu, Kabuga, Masaka Dubai
world, Murambi, Bumbogo, Ndera, Nyabugogomaterne, Biryogo, Gikomero, Miduha,
Giporoso, Kicukiro Centre, Rusheshe, Ziniya, Gakinjiro among others.
